hawk (no idea what kind) anyone?

Up close hawk .. day 2! We went for a quick little walk in mitchell woods today and saw a ton of fat squirrels .. only to come around the corner to find this guy sitting in the middle of path with one of the aforementioned squirrels. Yum. No idea what this hawk is even after pouring through pics and descriptions. But so cool to come upon him/her. S/he let us stand there for a while, (seemed like s/he was waiting for the squirrel to stop struggling, gruesome but fascinating) and then flew away a bit. We thought we were hearing a broad-winged hawk after that in the trees .. but this being hawk season, could have been another one all together. So beautiful and majestic!
