Today we had our bushy hill class. This was our first outing since the flu struck. We were all thrilled to get out again and see friends! We went to the farm and then continued on to Berry Berry Island. It was a beautiful hike up along the ridge and down the the island. The kids all explored along the little islands (so named for all the wild raspberries in the summer.) Then Erik and "Noodle" made a fire. I would love to do some research on the fire starter. Yucca and cedar. We will see if we can make one before our next camping trip.
